2019 is drawing to a close and I hope it’s been as great of a year for everyone as it has for me.
This year I’ve had the honor of welcoming Vicki Lesage and Zelly Jordan into the Read for a Better World Hall of Fame.
This hall of fame is dedicated to authors who donated to Trees for the Future in exchange for an honest review, author interview, book spotlight, and more.
Trees for the Future is an amazing non-profit that fights global warming and world poverty by giving farmers all over the world the skills and resources they need to build lucrative and sustainable forest gardens. I highly recommend looking more into them. They do some amazing work.
The Hall of Fame now features books in all kinds of genres, including:
- Memoir
- Romance
- Science Fiction
- Spiritual/Self-Help
- Teen
- Literature
Here are the newcomers into the Hall of Fame:
Jordan and Lesage are joining the three founding members of the Read for a Better World Hall of Fame, back when I asked for donations to the Borgen Project in exchange for an honest review.
The founding members include Donald Canterbury, Atrayo, and Mark A. Calde.
Honorable Mentions
I can’t forget the authors who were generous enough to donate copies of their book for my Earth Month Giveaway.
Honorable mentions include Lana Campbell, Maggie Shayne, Eden Rayna, and Nicole Locke.
What’s your favorite book in the Read for a Better World Hall of Fame? Have you read any of them yet?
